Private Sessions
Private sessions allow me to give my clients my undivided attention and it to tailor the session to their particular needs. This is especially important if you have a condition that requires modification to the repertoire (like osteoporosis) or needs particular attention (for instance scoliois, post-rehab, herniated disc). If it's in your budget, it's the way to go.
- Single: $65
- Package of 5: $300

- Panorama Towers residents only: $50
Sessions are conducted on the Reformer in your tower's gym or private mat sessions in the Tower 1 Pilates room. And don't forget, mat class is FREE and every Saturday at 11am.
Semi-Privates and Triples
Want to train with a friend? If you're approximately at the same fitness level and don't have a condition that requires major modification to the Pilates repertoire then semi-privates or triples can be a great budget-friendly fit.
Semi-Private:
- Single: $45
- Package of 5: $215
- Package of 10: $400
Triple:
- Single $35
- Package of 10: $300
Reformer Classes
I teach a 'Classical' Reformer class based firmly on the B.A.S.I. and Classical repertoires. If you've taken Reformer classes before, come give it a try, there's a chance you haven't been doing authentic Pilates! Class size is limited to three.
Tuesdays at the District Studio, noon

Intermediate Mat Class
In a Reformer Rut? Look at Pilates from a different perspective...the FLOOR!
 This class is for intermediate Pilates students. You should have a minimum of 3 months of regular Pilates instruction, however mat experience is NOT required.
Absolute Pilates is one of the few Pilates studios in Las Vegas that offers a mat class. If you've only ever taken a reformer class, come experience the flow of the original repertoire!
Mondays at the Sunset Studio, 1:00 pm
